PROJECT.
Restaurants and bars are fighting to survive. Reservation Project aims to help. Since the start of the pandemic in March the project has captured the impact of COVID-19 on New York City’s hospitality industry. Through contributions and proceeds the project aims to provide relief through charitable partners, such as Relief Opportunities for All Restaurants (ROAR). The project will take form as a hardback book (2021) featuring photography, interviews and storytelling.

COVID-19/ quarantine/ phases 1-4/ Paycheck Protection Program/ government AID AND regulations/ Delivery services/ operating at reduced capacity/ lost revenue, wages, tips, and layoffs/ overhead including rent, utilities and bills/ human impact including physical and emotional health/ possibility of another shutdown/ and the threat of permanently closure.
